No! Some settings that we work with want the reliability of having us there when they need us and other settings want to just pay for services as and when they need us. We work with you, whichever way you prefer.
Our packages are based on broad employee numbers, which help us to determine the level of support you may need. Your package may go up, only if you reach one of our broad bandings, rather than per person.
Again, no. Our monthly retainer packages are based on a 12 month contract, and notice can be given at any time. You can also decide to change your contract and scale up or down your support from us as your business needs change, giving you total peace of mind that we have you covered.
