Our Thrive HR Package is designed for Early Years settings and childcare providers who want HR fully taken care of.

With the Thrive HR Package, we work closely with you to manage your HR day to day, support you through more challenging situations and help you put the right structures in place so things run more smoothly.

You are not left figuring things out on your own. We are there to guide, advise and take things off your plate where needed, giving you the reassurance that everything is being handled properly.

With the Thrive HR Package, we provide:

  • Unlimited telephone, email and online HR advice

  • Fully bespoke policies, contracts of employment and a staff handbook,

    written by us and reviewed regularly

  • Access to the Childcare HR Club - our hub of 100+ documents, policies, contracts and templates written specifically for the Early Years and Childcare sector - always up-to-date, always compliant

  • A comprehensive HR health check with a clear action plan, along with support to implement changes

  • Quarterly strategic meetings to review your setting and plan ahead

  • Access to HR system Breathe

  • An Employee Assistance Programme with 24 hour support and access to counselling and wellbeing resources

Our pricing is based on the size of your setting, the level of support you need and how you prefer to work. All packages include a three month window, with the flexibility to scale up or down as your needs change.
